Every Sunday from 12 noon to 6 pm, about 1,300 meters between the North Exit Intersection (Palette Kumoji) and Cai Wenqiao Intersection (Monorail Makishi Station) is a pedestrian-oriented pedestrian street. Except for permitted vehicles, no other vehicles can enter.
